Default Stingray

Hi, just got a new computer and wanted to put it through its paces. Therefore i tried to the model the hardest thing i could possibly thing of, Stingray.

The result is this imagen im not 100% happy with the model and i pretty much sweated blood to make it, getting the shape even similar is so hard.

Hope you like will post more pictures: of it soon.

This is FANTASTIC. It looks like a photograph. What program are you using? I am very impressed. I love the water effect...with the terror fish coming out of the merky water behind it. Just great.

Very nice Chris - will look forward to seeing more views. The only area that really looked like it might need attention is the angle of the hull beneath the aquasprite, which seemed to stick out a little too far. Standing by to see it in action !

Cheers The program is Vue 8 with just about every setting cranked up to full. Its the first time i've been able to do water properly so i decided to take full advantage.

Yeah i see what you mean, i might go back and tiner with the shape a bit as well as make the aqua sprites removable (seriously, they would have made "hostages of the deep sooo much simpler).

Heres another surface render enjoy. I think i might have to do a fleet shot, there seriously has to be more than one Stingray, at least a prototype.

Chrisof! are you coming to Bristol inOctober? would like to get signed copy of some of your work! Stingray is Awesome! And that goes for work by Kennetzel as well!
