Default Fab 82

Ok, I know this is a bet premature, but assuming (as I am) that the next issue of FAB will be out late November/early December, can I respectfully suggest that the cover is a wraparound of that famous picture of the International Rescue gang sitting around the Christmas tree?

By then the Christmas season will have well and truly begun and it is the 50th anniversary of Thunderbirds after all.

Just a suggestion.

The other suggestion would be a wraparound picture of Gay Ellis, for no particular reason!

That wraparound sounds like a good idea although I'm sure the cover is already decided. Maybe they'll change it?

Or even a collage from the various Xmas themed episodes

The cover's been designed already and does feature a Thunderbirds/Snow theme, but hopefully they'll include the Christmas image somewhere in the mag

Is there a scheduled publication date for issue #82?

Just trying to ascertain whether we'll receive them before Christmas. Or am I being a bit presumptuous.

Cheers,
G.

The plan is for FAB 82 to be on your doormats before Christmas.

Sorry there is a few weeks delay on this one, its been an extremely busy few months for everyone involved with FAB not least Mike Jones who was been working hard on two major publications in his "real work" but also all the incredible design work on many of the new items for the recent convention. Ian Fryer too has been busy on a soon to be released book project.
It has been much the same for many of our contributors too.

The FAB production team are beavering away in every spare moment.

Thank you for your patience. Meanwhile head over to our online sales pages to get those Xmas orders in.

A month overdue and time is running out.
Will this new issue be here by Xmas?

Looks unlikely. I guess there's been some kind of hiccup.

It'd be nice to know what the problem is, whether there is anything any of us can help out with and what the new schedule is.

FAB 82 was printed last week and with the distributors at the weekend so its all in the hands of the postal system. Once again we are all sorry for the delay for which the reasons were given in my previous comments.
