Well, it certainly looks good to me!
There are some new track titles there - presumably, but not necessarily, the 'new' material? Otherwise I'd be inclined to say that people on limited or non-existent budgets (and who already have the first release) still won't be able to decide exactly what is the 'new' material on the album. Other than that, looks good. Glad I put my order in right at the start....

Yeah looks very interesting and awesome!!! As I don't have the original I look forward to reading some comparisons of the two releases.

I think this is a good move. Marc |

Generally, I think so too. I never really liked the 'rejected' score for the first episode anyway ![]() I must say that I'm a bit disappointed that 'The Lovers' cue might have got the bullet from the second disc; I actually thought the pieces that made up this cue (particularly the very pastoral and melodic second piece) were some of Barry's best music. It also - like much of CD 2 - made a change from some of the more turgid suspense tracks and 'UFO Theme' variations on the first CD. I guess if its gone it's because it was used more as source music? Oh well. At least I've got it on the first CD set. |

Heck, I'll buy this CD just for the track "Remembering Tim",,, has more "lost" music from THE LONG SLEEP been discovered?!! Marc |

Oh dear. To me its a big shame that tracks on this release has to be dropped or shortened at all. Why not make it a three disc set? And if theres not enough music to fill a third disc then just fill it out with some Barry Gray sound effects
Its probably all too late for that now though.
