There is a new edition of this excellent magazine out and although there is limited Anderson coverage. I will use this thread to make people aware of the Gerry Anderson back issues still available. You do not necessarily have to be interested in modelling to find the GA specials interesting.

Yes, it is a great magazine. If anyone has looked at my listings on the items for sale posts, I have the first 7 issues up for grabs. Anyone interested?
I'm not putting anything on Ebay, as I want the items to go to a good home, as I have sold a couple of rare books and found that they went to dealers, who then tripled the price! Grrr!

Hi just wanted to know what is the Sci-fi & Fantasy Modeller magazine, is it a magazine to show you how to build things or looking at things other people have made?

Just wondered:D

Simple answer is both.

The magazine includes model kit reviews and descriptions of contributor's modelling projects, along with articles looking at tv and movie models, such as those in the Batman films and Moon featured in volumes 13 and 14. Check out the cover of volume 12 for more Anderson modelling projects.

Take care,

Barry

Glad you liked it Virgil,

I'll be attempting to do a few more TB dioramas over the coming year.

Take care,

Barry

It's a magazine and each issue is £15?! What's it made from?

Magazine is a bit of a misnomer. At about 100 pages, square bound, all in colour, it is more like a book published on a quarterly basis.

Take care,

Barry

Its made from the pure tears and joy of hours of scratch building models.
