Hi

I'm Richard a pro photographer in Sittingbourne and I have been an Anderson fan almost from day one.

Being born in 1960, I have seen everything since Supercar and I have fond memories of watching Fireball XL5, I think after the wrestling, on ABC at the weekends in London where we lived.

Glad to have found this forum as it enables me to recapture those days and speak to like minded people,

Hi Richard. :)
One small point - you would've been watching Fireball XL5 on ATV London at the weekends not ABC.
We in the Midlands had ABC at the weekends until July 1968 when ATV took over for the whole week.

I remember it was Rediffusion during the week and I thought it was ABC at weekends but now you mention it I think you're right. I was very young :)

1968 was also the same year Associated-Rediffusion and ABC merged to form Thames Television.
