Hawk

As requested, here is the Hawk. I drew this from various photographs...despite some people's claims that they know this ship inside and out...there are so many versions of this ship, that it is impossible to pin down one as the right one. According to research on the web, even in the show they were all different. They were constantly falling apart, or being damaged by pyrotenics that they were constantly adding parts or fixing other parts that one version was really never used. So this drawing is made from three different photos I found on the web, and a set of blue prints I found. The main photo was not very clear, so some pieces shapes couldn't be determined, and when I saw that some versions didn't have what I was trying to draw, I simply left it off because it was acceptable to that modeler. So just consider this another version...accurate by no means. Not that I claimed 100% accuracy on anything I draw.

The ships awsome and all the built up details cool, it looks like a hawk so i give it my own personal "hurrah!!":)

A crit would be to calm down on the starfield though, its bit distracting.

I would cut back on the starfield if I could. Unfortunately Corel has a series of backgrounds, and stars is one of them, and this is the only starfield they have. But you are right, it is a bit distracting. Someday, when I have some time, I'll try my hand at making my own. But for now, using stock images is a hell of a timesaver. But thanks for the reasonable points.

I couldn't do something as good as that either - in fact I'm absolutely crap at drawing so I just have to admire this wonderful piece of artwork in this case by kennetzel. Well done!:)
In fact overall there's some superb material appearing on this forum by various users. Please keep up this great work guys.
