Which Supermarionation shows were broadcast in Australia?

I'm in Australia - where Thunderbirds has been broadcast almost non-stop since the '60s. I know that I also watched Joe 90 and Secret Service as a child, but I have no recollection of Captain Scarlet or Stingray. Were they broadcast in Oz?

I'm also puzzled on whether I saw Fireball XL5, or am confusing it with Space Patrol.

I might have been just a little too young to see Stingray (if it was shown), but I'm baffled by not remembering Captain Scarlet - particularly as one of my favourite toys was a Dinky SPV.

Can someone put me straight? Thanks!

Fireball XL5 was definately screened in Australia in 1965. Stingray as well in 1965-66 as there were advertisments on Australian TV for Stingray toys.
I am still trying to find information about Captain Scarlet and Secret Service.

Although slightly off topic - Australia can claim the world premier of Space:1999 July 28th, 1975 on HSV7 in Melbourne - Source The Complete GA - 2008.

Captain Scarlet and The Mysterons was definitely aired in Australia for the first time in 1968. As regards The Secret Service I do recall an Australian user on another TV forum telling me that HSV7 Melbourne screened the show in circa 1972 at 6pm local time and he was pretty sure that this was its first showing on that station.

I lived in Canberra in my formative GA years when there were only 2 TV stations (ABC & Ch 7) but I definitely saw Supercar, Fireball XL5, Stingray, Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet, Joe 90 and Secret Service (and all the later live action series). Some episodes of Captain Scarlet were also repeated.

I have to admit I was less interested in Joe 90 and Secret Service and may have missed a few episodes but they definitely were on TV in Oz. BTW Space Patrol also screened here.
